Shah founded Waterstone Legal in 2014 from a single office in the Minories, with a straightforward frustration: legal help had become too slow, too opaque and too expensive to even ask a question. Twelve years on the firm has been trusted with more than 5,000 matters for clients in over 40 countries.

He oversees the firm’s conveyancing practice and its relationships with the 45+ UK banks and building societies whose panels the firm sits on, and supervises every conveyancing file the firm opens.
